Usage Data collected may include: the page URL you visited, your referring URL, browser type, operating system, device category (mobile/desktop), and general country of origin. No unique device identifiers or cross-site tracking data are collected.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how visitors use our Service. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party cookies that follow individuals across the web.

Analytics (Plausible Analytics)

We use Plausible Analytics to understand traffic and usage trends on our Service. Plausible is a privacy-respecting, open-source analytics platform that:

  • Does not use cookies or set any persistent identifiers
  • Does not collect personal data or track individuals across websites
  • Collects only aggregate, anonymous statistics — page URLs, referrer sources, browser type, device category, and country (derived from a non-stored, anonymized IP hash)
  • Is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR — no cookie consent banner required
  • Does not share data with advertising networks or data brokers

  • To send You voting reminders: If You create a vote plan, We use Your name, email, and phone number to send reminders about your upcoming vote date.

  • With Service Providers: We use Supabase to store form submissions (volunteer sign-ups, vote plans) and Airtable to manage campaign contacts and send vote reminders. Both providers are required to protect your data in accordance with this policy.
  • For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of campaign assets, or similar proceeding.
  • With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.
  • No mobile phone information will be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Analytics data (Usage Data) collected via Plausible Analytics is aggregate and anonymous — it is not personal data and is not attributable to any individual. We do not retain individually identifiable usage records.
